So I was asked the other day "when do you think you'll feel like you've 'made it'?"
I don't really want to get started on the definition of "MADE IT" because as far as I'm concerned there is no endgame when it comes to a career in music. You just keep working hard at it & take opportunities as they arise.
On a somewhat serious note though - I just watched Imagine Dragons performance at the MTV 2013 EMA's......they had glitter fall from the roof......I've decided that is my goal......not the EMA's.......the glitter. I'm serious - if you knew me well you'd know this to be true!
I don't know whether other people think these things when they watch stuff like this is what sprung into my mind:
Who organises the glitter?
How do they know how much to have?
How do the release it so perfectly?
Does it get in peoples eyes?
Do they do a test run before the show?
How do they clean that shit up - everyone knows glitter is with you for like 6 weeks after you've had some on you.
One day I want this to be someones problem because I asked for glitter to fall from the sky during my performance........a girls allowed to dream right!
In other news - the music video for One Night Stand is out THIS WEEK!!!!
